Tracey Craft is a Realtor®, applying more than 30 years of experience in business development, marketing and sales to help clients buy and sell real estate.
Tracey has lived in North Fulton for 35 years. She has owned and managed businesses as well as commercial and residential investment properties. Her passion is helping people increase their asset base and strengthen their financial position through real-estate acquisitions. She also works with sellers, employing her marketing and sales expertise to position listings for sale at the highest and best return for her clients.
As a partner of The Craft Dolan Team, Tracey practices both commercial and residential real estate. Professional designations include Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) and she holds the National Association of Realtors’ GREEN designation for energy-efficient, sustainable properties. She is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Alpharetta Chamber of Commerce, Alpharetta Business Association and the Milton Business Alliance. She is a founding Board member of the Kings Ridge Christian School Parent Club. She is a former Board member of the Rotary Club of North Fulton, founding organizer of Women in Rotary and an Alpharetta Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.
Tracey has raised three children in Alpharetta: Michael (27), Sam (24) and Rachel (19). She resides in downtown Alpharetta.

Lara Dolan is a Realtor® specializing in residential properties. She brings to her position as Partner with the Craft Dolan Team at Village Realty more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, consulting and business development and more than a decade in Real Estate. She is also an Accredited New Homes Selling Expert and Accredited Luxury Homes Sales specialist. Lara has lived in the North Fulton area for over 20 years. She has owned and managed businesses and a portfolio of residential-investment properties throughout Metro-Atlanta for herself and her nationally based clients. She is a true entrepreneur; especially skilled at negotiation, analyzing comparable data and pricing properties to move quickly, achieving the highest possible value for her clients.
Lara is a Board Member of both the Alpharetta Business Association and the Milton Business Alliance. She is a founding Co-Chair of Alpharetta’s landmark Shamrockin' for a Cure benefitting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and a member of the CFF Volunteer Board. She is a member of Leadership North Fulton’s class of 2015, and volunteers for the City of Milton First Responders Foundation. Lara was also instrumental on the Steering Committee for Milton's first ever Tour of Homes since 2016 and sits on the board of Southern Magnolia Charities. In 2014 Lara was named one of North Fulton’s Savvy & Successful Women by Atlanta's Points North Magazine, in 2017 was named a Top Ten Finalist in the National Realtor Association's "Good Neighbors Award" across the entire United States, and in 2018 was a recipient of Appen Newspaper's "Best of North Fulton" for individual real estate agent and a finalist for the Class of 2018 Atlanta Women of Distinction from the March of Dimes.
Lara and her husband Brian are raising two daughters: Olivia is a graduate of Milton High School and currently attending the University of Tampa, and Carly is a Junior at Milton High. They reside in the Crabapple area of Milton where they play league tennis year- round and are involved in the equestrian and civic community. They enjoy time-off in their vacation condo on 30A.
